Idol is on now but here I am, (in my living room with my laptop watching idol and cursing simon COW-ell), blogging and reminding you guys..

PEOPLE DOING JAZZ TAKE NOTE: We're using Sexyback! *Yeah* (Hahaha, geddit, geddit? "We're bringing sexyback, yeah" Hahahaha ok I'm lame. xD) AND this is the important part.
WEAR HOODIES! Bring/ borrow/ steal/ snatch. Everyone doing jazz please have one. AND bring a comb and extra rubber bands (: We're going to have two pony tails cause you can't see hair with a hoodie on and there'll be a ~bump~. ):

Oh, and everybody come to school earlier ok. 6.30 was the time i think. We need to rehearse. AND PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T COME TODAY/ DON'T KNOW THE STEPS WELL: please please please come early to learn ok.

Hi 2/1!

This is a reminder for all the people who haven't collected your belongings from Friday. They're all in the classroom. Please reclaim them by Wednesday or they will be donated to charity. (i'm serious) We'll have a major cleaning up session tomorrow morning. Be reminded that all the OM things will have to be cleared by Thursday because the holidays are here and you probably won't need it until next semester. Anything not taken back will be thrown. I am deadly serious. Our class is great but the classroom looks like a pigsty and a lot of people have been complaining about mosquitoes we did not have a problem with before.

Hey 2/1!

This is announcement after another! Phew! TAKE NOTE OKAY!!!

The Poetry Slam Selection Rounds are on Tuesday 20th May 2008. It's from 2.30pm to 4pm. All students are to attend this event. REPORT to the Performing Arts Room (which we know too well) at 2.15pm. Attendance WILL be taken.

Hey 2/1!

This is for those girls who are going for filming. Tomorrow (Tuesday), please go for Poetry Slam selections at 2.15pm. You'll be given priority and go first for the auditions. Then, as a group, meet Mrs Wong at the Level 3 staffroom at 2.45pm with your bags, because you are dismissed from the HDB Hub. The mock maths trail is from 3pm-5pm. Bring stationary and calculator, the maths trail booklet will be provided. Wear a white t-shirt and shorts with pinafore over.

Hello 2/1!

Well done for IJ Fiesta's Haunted House! All of you were super good and tolerated all the pulls and pushes and stepping-on-toes and terrible language! I'm so proud of you people! :D I think it really bonded our class together and showed everyone that 2/1 can stick together and accomplish anything and we're second to none. =)

IJ Fiesta was just a stepping stone and now we have inter-class games to deal with! We're going to emerge top again, right! (resounding YES) Now, here are some announcements regarding inter-class games:

1. For the inter-class games, I still need one person to volunteer as a "referee". If you know the game and you can pull it off, please respond and tell me by Tuesday. Otherwise I'll choose any person.

2. For banner-painting, Ping En is buying the cloth. We need everybody to bring paintbrushes, paint, newspapers and any banner layouts. If you have already made banner layouts, please snap a picture of it and email it to me.

3. For mass dance, please bring drawing block, thick black markers and scotch tape.

Stay back on Tuesday and Wednesday, probably until 5-6pm. You must try to come on Wednesday for the entire mass dance rehearsal. We'll probably finish the banner painting on Tuesday as well.

I'll put up the list of people who volunteered for each group "rounders", "banner", "officials", "mass dance" on the whiteboard tomorrow.

anyway, i just want to say the new blog skin is GREAT! i like it........

anyway, IJ FIESTA, i think our haunted house was a SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean..we worked AS A CLASS and i think/hope we did a great job of the haunted house and scared many people :)

EVERYBODY for putting in their VERY BEST EFFORTS despite sustaining numerous injuries...

whether you got punched or kicked or had your hair pulled or eardrums damaged from all the screaming or lost your voice or....... anything else

Hello!

Because I'm bored, I shall post some inspiring comments. :)

Let's enjoy tomorrow's maths trail! Haha, sweat it out in the sun! I want to go on the SkyRide, but I don't think that's included in the program. Unless we have to measure the height x distance or something. You know, you have to put the safety bars between your legs or if you go whoops-a-daisy, you're toast. (ok, that wasn't inspiring. but i digress.)

Wear class t-shirts people! Don't worry if the colour is fading. If you read the label, I think it said "hand-wash only". Or something along the lines. But it's too late if you've dumped it in the washing machine anyway.

And make sure you check your email for any updates on the IJ Fiesta.

And don't forget to bring anything tomorrow!

Finally got around to doing the class blogskin after like 24892371 years hahaha (: Sorry it isn't very nice but my computer is currently photoshopless so this is all I could do ): Wanted to wait till I downloaded photoshop but since Pearlene couldn't stand the background, here's the new blogskin! You can link twoone now because the blogskin's pretty much done (: Oh and I've filled in everyone's links and stuff, but if you need a relink, you can do it yourself because I'm too lazy to change it again hahaha! Haunted House

Date: 9th May '08 (Friday)
Time: officially at 1pm. it'll last a few hours.
Place: the meeting point is at our classroom. dharlynnie is trying to get the pa room for us

ITEMS NEEDED:
1. Face paint (red and white. other colours are OK if you have them)
2. Make-up
3. White dresses or gowns (make sure they can fit an average 14-year-old)
4. Long black cloaks
5. Torchlights and batteries (we want to do a count)
6. Dolls
7. Tape/Masking tape/Duct tape
8. Fake knives, made of cardboard (bring scissors etc or paint if you want to use one of the cardboard we have. it's limited supply tho. you can always wrap it up with aluminium foil)
9. Dresses for girls
10. Scary portraits (downloadable off the net. Artistic ppl can draw if you want.)
11. Music (we'll look around for a radio. anyone knows how to play scary music on the piano?)
12. Costumes.

Bring at least one or two items and contribute.

PLAN:
1. Experiment on make-up and clothes
2. Count all our stuff
3. Try out the music etc.

If you pass Mrs Chu, ask her about the skeleton in her class, whether we can borrow it.

Questions:

1. What do we wear?
We're going to try out the costumes for the "scary people". For the others, bring your plain clothes and clothes for our "story". We want to see whether you can blend in the darkness or you stand out like a green leaf in Antarctica.

2. I need to leave early!
SMS class comm you're not coming. Then, try to come next week so we can try the clothes and stuff on you. Tuesday preferably.
